Bacon Farms Booking, Cancellation & Weather Policy

Upland Hunts, Corporate Packages & Private Shoots

Reservations for guided upland hunts, corporate packages, and private shoots require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the scheduled hunt, unless otherwise approved by Bacon Farms. Self-guided hunts must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend and notify Bacon Farms at least 30 days before your scheduled hunt, Bacon Farms will work with you to reschedule for another available date before the end of the season. Rescheduling requests made less than 30 days before the scheduled hunt are subject to the discretion and availability of Bacon Farms.

Dove Hunts & Pheasant Shoots

Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable. Your reservation is fully transferable to someone else if you are unable to attend.

Payment Processing Fees

All payment processing fees associated with credit cards or other electronic payments are the responsibility of the customer.

Weather Policy

Hunts proceed under most weather conditions. Bacon Farms will determine if weather conditions require a hunt to be postponed, rescheduled, or canceled.

If weather conditions require a hunt to be postponed or rescheduled, Bacon Farms will work with you to select another available date before the end of the season.

Dove Hunts & Pheasant Shoots

Bacon Farms will determine if weather conditions require a hunt to be postponed, rescheduled, or canceled. If Bacon Farms cancels a hunt and does not reschedule, a full refund will be issued.
